Whole Egg Powder

Whole egg powder can be used either in your base mix or to make your liquid egg mix as a replacement for standard eggs.
 
Due to the nature of its makeup and the process it goes through, egg powder actually has benefits over the use of standard eggs in boilie mixes due to its lower levels of bad cholesterol. It also does not contain bacteria such as salmonella as fresh eggs could as it has been screened for this and has a better nutritional profile than standard eggs due to the process it has to undergo to make it into a powder.
 
Use in base mixes up to 25% of your mix or combine 300g of egg powder per litre of water for your boilie mix. You can vary this by plus or minus 25g to affect the binding and hardening of your mix.
