Spotted Fin: Fishing from every angle
We sell fishing baits, bait making equipment and we are starting to develop terminal tackle. Our products have been painstakingly sourced from the very best suppliers. Wherever possible our food items are purchased in bulk as human food grade, rather than products that are past their best at a cheaper price. We are dedicated to creating products to both delight our anglers and sustain and protect the fish they catch.

We work tirelessly in our on-site factory to produce baits that will give you the best chance of catching and enhance the welfare of the fish.
We are incredibly fortunate to have some highly regarded Carp and Match anglers working with us to test our products. They are fondly known as Consultants and ‘Fin Testers’.  They report back to us about how well our products are performing and work with us to refine and improve any aspects. It is only after we have done this and are 100% happy with each product that we offer it to our customers.

All standard orders are despatched the same day if ordered before 11am for next weekday delivery by 4pm (weekends are excluded). Please call one of the Spotted Fin Team on +44 (0) 1923 616919 should you require an alternative delivery option and we would be happy to arrange this for you, however please be aware that additional delivery costs may apply.

Surcharges and longer delivery times are applicable for areas outside mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Eire.

We will never leave a delivery unattended unless we have express instructions from the customer to leave in a safe place. If you would like your order leaving in a safe place, then please write this into the order form. Spotted Fin Ltd cannot be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage to orders left in this manner.
Delivery cards are left for any deliveries that were attempted and the recipient was not at the destination address. You will find a number on the delivery card to call to rearrange delivery for the following day at a time to suit you. Should for any reason you have not received a delivery card, please call the Spotted Fin Team with your order number on +44 (0) 1923 616919 and we will be happy to help you with rearranging delivery.
We are dedicated to providing the best possible customer service. Should for whatever reason you do not receive you order then please call the Spotted Fin Team on +44 (0) 1923 616919 quoting your order number and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible.
Spotted Fin Ltd offer a no-quibble returns policy. If for any reason your order was incorrect or faulty, please call us on +44 (0) 1923 616919 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
At Spotted Fin, we are committed to best business practice. Moreover, we are committed to protecting the welfare of both the fish and our customers. In respect of this, we are fully registered, certified and audited by the government’s Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).

That’s why, if you order one of our products that contains any animal by-products (such as eggs, milk, fish meals), you will notice a batch number sticker. This means should there be any problems anywhere along the supply chain with the product, it can be tracked back to us and beyond.
